On your Posha device, please open the Posha app and kindly scroll down to the bottom of the "My Profile" section, and click "Log Out." Once logged out, you can log in again using the credentials you used to create your account. Please use the same email address and password that you used to login to the device previously. If you have a Posha device and would like to sync your device and companion apps again. You can open your device, go to the my profile section, and select sync with companion app. A 5-digit code will pop-up on your screen. Please enter the code on your companion by following the same steps and choosing sync with device application. As soon as your code matches, your apps will be synced with each other again.
